Refund, Returns, and Cancellation Policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy applies to dermatology, cosmetology, and personal care products. We offer refunds or exchanges only for products that are damaged or expired upon receipt. Products with opened seals are non-refundable.
Eligibility for Refunds and Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The product is damaged or expired upon delivery.
- The product remains unused and in its original packaging, with the seal intact.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Products with opened seals.
- Products that are not damaged or expired.
- Any item returned more than 15 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Minimum Refund Timeline: If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
- Maximum Refund Timeline: The refund should reflect in your original method of payment within 10 business days after processing.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or expired. To exchange a product for the same item, please email us at admin@aaryanbiocare.in and send your item to:

Shipping Returns
To return your product, please mail it to:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, cancellations are no longer accepted as the order will have already been processed. To request a cancellation, please email us at admin@aaryanbiocare.in with your order details.
